AYRES ROCK

On the 13th July we went to the Olgas to have a look after it had been closed for the other 2 days we were there, as one of the elders had died and they were doing secret stuff. But o did we get a shock when we arrived the sky clouds looked very erie, and the wind was herendous, so we did a quick walk up the the first look out and it was just amazing, the rocks are just so big and the place is just beautiful, we also went to another gorge on the otherside which was alot more sheltered from the wind it was about 1 hr walk, and it was just another amazing place . The rocks are changing colors all the time depending on the sun, gorgous, and the photo of Ayres Rock is my favourite, i took it on the last night we went to sunset, was just spectacular to see and it only stayed that color of about 2 seconds and when the sun disappeared it was brown again, had the best time at Ayres Rock and will go back in a heart beat.
